K.S.A. 12-893: Same; minutes, records, books of account; public inspection.

The board of directors shall cause to be kept accurate minutes of their meetings and accurate records and books of account clearly setting out and reflecting the operation, management and business of the agency. Such books and records shall be open to public inspection at reasonable business hours.
