K.S.A. 14-423a: Same; vacation order to be reasonable; determination.

Any vacation ordinance authorized by this act shall be reasonable, and any taxpayer or any other person having an interest in property affected, may have such reasonableness determined by bringing an action, in the district court of the county in which such city is situated, against the governing body of said city.
