K.S.A. 14-6,108: Application of act to cities located in counties that have issued maximum amount of bonds issued for addition to county hospital.

The provisions of this act shall apply to any city of the second class which is located in a county which has issued bonds under, and in the maximum amount authorized by the provisions of K.S.A. 19-1869 for the purpose of constructing an enlargement and addition to the county hospital located in such city and for the purpose of equipping and furnishing the same.
