K.S.A. 14-648: Same; control of staff, employees, patients and grounds.

When such hospital and training school for nurses are established, the physicians, nurses, attendants, the persons sick therein, and all persons approaching or coming within said hospital and nurses training school and the ground immediately surrounding the school, and all furniture and other articles used or brought there, shall be subject to such rules and regulations as said governing body may prescribe.
