K.S.A. 14-663b: Same; how bonds issued; limitations inapplicable.

All bonds issued under the authority conferred in this act shall be issued, sold, registered, delivered and retired in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 14-663, and said section shall be applicable to all bonds issued under this act.
