- Article 6.—HOSPITALS
This act shall apply to any city of the second class which has a population of less than three thousand and which is located in a county having a population of not less than eight thousand nor more than ten thousand and a total assessed tangible valuation of not less than twenty-two million dollars nor more than twenty-eight million dollars.
