K.S.A. 17-1311a: Same; misuse of the permanent maintenance fund, criminal penalty.

(a) Misuse of the permanent maintenance fund or any money belonging thereto is knowingly using, lending or permitting another to use moneys in the fund in a manner not authorized by law.

(b) Misuse of the permanent maintenance fund is a severity level 7, nonperson felony.
