K.S.A. 17-1341: Conveyance of city cemetery; ordinance.

That any city located within the boundaries of any such cemetery district which is operating and maintaining a city cemetery, if so requested in writing by the board of directors of such cemetery district, may by ordinance duly passed and adopted by its governing body, relinquish, transfer and convey to said cemetery district the said city cemetery.
