K.S.A. 17-1358: Transfer of property and funds.

When a cemetery district is disorganized and annexed, all of its property and funds on hand and to be collected shall, at the time of annexation, be transferred to the cemetery district of which it becomes a part, and said annexed district shall thereafter be a part of said annexing district for all purposes.
