Article 13.—CEMETERY CORPORATIONS

Cemetery district No. 23 located in Republic county, Kansas, is hereby authorized to levy an annual tax upon all taxable tangible property in the district of not to exceed two mills for the purpose of paying the cost of maintenance and operation of the cemetery.
