K.S.A. 17-1615: Matters subject to referendum, when.

Upon demand of one-third of the entire board of directors, any matter that has been approved or passed by the board must be referred to the entire membership or the stockholders for decision at the next special or regular meeting which shall be held not less than 15 days but not more than 60 days after such matter was approved or passed.
