K.S.A. 17-1634: Same; construction.

No association, contract, method or act which complies with the provisions of article 16 of chapter 17 of the General Statutes of 1935, and any amendments thereto, or with this act, or acts amendatory thereto, shall be deemed a conspiracy or combination in restraint of trade or as creating an illegal monopoly.
