K.S.A. 17-2335: Supervision by bank commissioner.

Such corporation shall be subject to the tax imposed by K.S.A. 79-1108 et seq., upon banks, and shall be subject to the examination, supervision and control of the bank commissioner and shall make such report of its condition from time to time as the bank commissioner shall require. In addition all funds set apart as a surplus under the provisions of K.S.A. 17-2333 shall be subject to the tax imposed upon banks by K.S.A. 79-1108 et seq.
