K.S.A. 17-76,154: No effect on other limited liability companies.

K.S.A. 17-76,148 through 17-76,155, and amendments thereto, shall not affect a statute or rule of law that is or would be applicable to any limited liability company that is formed under the Kansas revised limited liability company act but is not a statutory public benefit limited liability company.
