K.S.A. 19-1210: Entries to be made in numerical index.

It shall be the duty of the register to make correct entries in such numerical index, of all instruments recorded concerning real estate, under the appropriate headings, and in the subdivision devoted to the particular quarter section described in the instrument making the conveyance.
