K.S.A. 19-1578: Management of combination courthouse and memorial building; trustees.

That the management and control of said combination courthouse and memorial building shall be vested in the board of county commissioners: Provided, however, The board of county commissioners may appoint a board of trustees to manage and control any portion of the building devoted to public purposes other than the conduct of county business as provided in K.S.A. 73-407.
