K.S.A. 19-1598: Bond requirements; outside debt limitations.

All such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold, delivered and retired in accordance with the provisions of the general bond law. Any bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall not be subject to any limitation of bonded indebtedness of such county.
