K.S.A. 19-1932: Authority of board to acquire jail facilities not limited; means of site acquisition.

The authority granted by the provisions of this act shall be in addition to any other authority any such board of county commissioners may have to acquire a site for and to construct, equip and furnish a new county jail. Said site may be acquired by purchase, gift or through the exercise of the power of eminent domain.
