K.S.A. 19-2121: County home improvement fund not subject to budget law.

Article 21.—HOMES FOR THE AGED

Such county home improvement fund shall not be subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 79-2925 to 79-2941, both sections inclusive, or acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
