K.S.A. 19-26,103: County land banks; definitions.

As used in K.S.A. 19-26,103 through 19-26,113:
(a) "County" means any county.
(b) "Board" means the board of trustees of the county land bank.
(c) "Bank" means the county land bank established pursuant to this act.
