K.S.A. 19-27,133: Annual tax levy.

The board of county commissioners creating a storm drainage district under the provisions of this act is hereby authorized to levy an annual tax of not to exceed three (3) mills upon all of the property located within the district for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of the costs of constructing, reconstructing, repairing and maintaining such storm drainage system within such district.
