K.S.A. 19-27a15: Annexation of district by a city; district not dissolved.

Whenever the governing body of a sewer district has let contracts for the improvement of sewers and the same have been constructed and temporary notes have been issued for the purpose of paying part of the cost thereof pending the issuance of bonds and thereafter all or part of the district is annexed by a city, the district shall not be dissolved as a result thereof.
