K.S.A. 19-27a27: Existing districts to operate under K.S.A. 19-27a01 et seq.; exception.

Except as provided by K.S.A. 19-27,170 et seq., and amendments thereto, any sewer district created under the provisions of article 27 of chapter 19 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, prior to the effective date of this act shall continue in existence and shall operate under the provisions of this act.
