K.S.A. 19-2965: Existing zoning and planning continued in force until adoption of comprehensive plan.

Any comprehensive plan or part thereof, subdivision regulations or zoning regulations adopted by the board of county commissioners under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-2901 to 19-2913, inclusive, and amendments thereto, shall continue in force and effect until a comprehensive plan or part thereof, subdivision regulations or zoning regulations are adopted as provided in this act.
