K.S.A. 19-3507b: Duties of election commissioner.

The election commissioner of Johnson county shall conduct all elections under this act. Members of the board of the water district in office on the effective date of this act shall continue to serve for the term for which they were elected and shall retain the same member positions as prior to the effective date of this act.
