K.S.A. 19-3522: Definitions.

As used in this act, unless the context clearly requires otherwise: "District" means the water supply district organized pursuant to this act; "board" means the board of county commissioners of Johnson county; "general manager" means the general manager of the water supply district appointed by the board as provided in this act; "county" means Johnson county, Kansas.
