K.S.A. 19-3623d: Bonded indebtedness of area or district.

The bonded indebtedness of any area, fire district or portion of a fire district affected by this act existing on the effective date of attachment by such city shall remain a charge upon the attached area as it existed immediately prior to the attachment.
