K.S.A. 19-3813: Compensation of directors; term of office.

The compensation of directors of industrial districts is hereby fixed at one dollar ($1) per year and all directors, excepting those first designated as hereinbefore provided, shall be elected to their offices for two (2) years and until their successors are elected and qualified.
