K.S.A. 19-3910: Additional powers of governing board.

In addition to other powers and duties imposed by this act, the governing board shall: (a) Formulate and adopt policies relating to the activities of the youth services bureau including the employment of personnel therefor;

(b) Prepare and submit an annual plan and budget with recommendations to the board of county commissioners; and

(c) Annually review, evaluate and report the activities of the youth services bureau pursuant to this act to the board of county commissioners.
