K.S.A. 19-4005: Charges for services.

The governing board may establish a schedule of charges for services to persons using the community mental health center or facilities for people with intellectual disability, or both, but no person shall be denied the services of the mental health center or facilities for people with intellectual disability because of inability to pay for the same.
