K.S.A. 19-4410: Law enforcement department personnel other than officers; appointment and removal; salary schedules.

The agency shall by resolution authorize the appointment or employment of such personnel other than law enforcement officers as may be necessary for the proper operation of the department in carrying out the intent of this act and shall establish a schedule of salaries for such personnel. The superintendent shall appoint and may remove all such personnel.
