K.S.A. 19-4433: Additional law enforcement department personnel; appointment and removal.

The agency by resolution shall authorize the appointment or employment of such personnel other than law enforcement officers as may be necessary for the proper operation of the department in carrying out the intent of this act. The director shall appoint and may remove all such personnel.
