K.S.A. 19-4468: Purpose of act.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the 1974 consolidated law enforcement act. It is hereby declared that the purpose of this act shall be to provide for the protection of persons and property and to promote the general welfare within the counties adopting the provisions of this act through efficient and effective law enforcement.
