K.S.A. 19-4618: Not an indebtedness of county or hospital; exempt from debt limit.

Revenue bonds issued under authority of this act shall not be an indebtedness of the county or the hospital or of the commission or the individual members of the commission, or the board or the individual members of the board, and shall not constitute an indebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
