K.S.A. 19-4806: Priority of competing claims.

When two or more claims are filed for limited funds available, a local board shall give priority first to victim loss incurred from crimes where prosecutions result, second to crimes where restitution is authorized as part of a diversion agreement and then to all other victim claims.
