K.S.A. 19-5001: Johnson county education research triangle authority act; powers.

(a) K.S.A. 19-5001 through 19-5005, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Johnson county education research triangle authority act.

(b) The powers conferred by this act are for public uses or purposes for which public money may be expended.

(c) Powers granted pursuant to this act shall be in addition to any other power provided by law.
