K.S.A. 2-2905: Manufacturers of liming materials; registration; fee.

Every manufacturer of liming materials to be distributed in this state shall on July 1 of each year, or prior to manufacture or distribution of such liming materials, register each manufacturing facility on a form furnished by the secretary of agriculture, the application to be accompanied by a fee of $30, except that on and after July 1, 2015, such application shall be accompanied by a fee of $25. All such licenses shall expire on June 30 of the following year.
