K.S.A. 2-3904: Research program licenses; application deadline extension for 2019 growing season.

The secretary of agriculture shall continue to accept any applications for licensure submitted under the provisions of K.S.A. 2-3902, and amendments thereto, for the 2019 growing season from March 1, 2019, through June 1, 2019.
