K.S.A. 2-717: Same; penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act, or acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in the sum of not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) and costs.
