K.S.A. 24-1109: Same; assets and liabilities.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the respective assets of the former Missouri district and the Kansas district as they shall exist at the time of the consolidation shall accrue to the benefit of each respective district, and the obligations of each respective district shall constitute the separate liabilities of each of the separate districts and the lands situated therein as they existed at the time of the consolidation.
