K.S.A. 24-412a: Directors' names and district description to secretary of state.

Within 30 days following the election held pursuant to K.S.A. 24-412, as amended, the county election officer of the county where the drainage district is located shall transmit to the secretary of state on forms provided by the secretary of state, the names of the newly elected directors for each drainage district and a geographical description of each such district.
