K.S.A. 24-902: River gauging stations; surveys and investigations.

This division of water resources is hereby authorized and directed to establish and maintain river gauging stations and to make such surveys and other investigations as may be necessary to a complete knowledge of the subjects herein assigned to it for investigation.
