K.S.A. 25-2112: Notice of city officers' election not required; question submitted elections.

No notice of any city election of any city officer shall be required. Notices of bond elections and other question submitted elections held on the same day as either a city primary election or city general election shall be prepared and published as provided in K.S.A. 25-105, by the county election officer.
