K.S.A. 25-4153b: Prohibition of the establishment of political committees by members of or candidates for the legislature; abolishment of such existing political committees.

(a) No political committee shall be established by a member of or a candidate for the legislature.

(b) Any such political committee existing prior to the effective date of this act is hereby abolished.
