K.S.A. 3-119: Same; regulation.

Such additional or supplemental airports shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the board of park commissioners or the airport authority, as is provided by K.S.A. 3-114, and such additional or supplemental airport or airports shall be governed by all of the laws of the state of Kansas relating to the equipping, improving, operating, maintaining and regulating of municipal airports or municipal fields for aviation purposes.
