K.S.A. 3-302: Same; bonds for public airports and related facilities.

Such counties may establish public airports and are hereby authorized, through the board of county commissioners of said county, to issue and sell their general obligations bonds for the purpose of acquiring land, purchasing, constructing or improving public airports and all related facilities.
