K.S.A. 3-312: Same; operation; rules and regulations.

Upon the acquisition of such airport and flying field, the board of county commissioners is hereby authorized to operate, improve and maintain and care for same and to make such reasonable rules and regulations governing the conduct, operation, care and maintenance as may be necessary for the best interests of the county and the general public.
