K.S.A. 31-147: Compliance with regulations by hotels, lodging facilities and restaurants.

Hotels, motels, rooming houses, apartment houses, adult care homes, child care facilities, hospitals, adult boarding homes and restaurants shall comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the state fire marshal for such occupancies.
