K.S.A. 31-404: Disclosure of information by an individual; immunity from liability in civil actions.

Any individual who provides information to an authorized agency, whether oral or written, concerning the damaging of any building or property by fire shall be immune from any liability arising out of a civil action by reason of providing such information.
