K.S.A. 32-872: Same; acquisition of site; construction and operation of resort.

Upon selection of any resort site, the secretary shall proceed with acquisition of the site and construction and operation of the resort under authority of K.S.A. 32-867 through 32-873 and, in aid thereof, shall have and exercise all the powers, privileges and immunities granted by law.
